Paper Piecing Party – Oh the Excitement!

It’s been a big week for me! Big may even be an understatement! I have had three patterns/projects published in three different publications based in 3 different countries. That’s right, I’m spreading the paper piecing love globally!. It’s funny – I designed and made these at various times throughout the year (even one way back in April) and now they are all coming out within days of each other! Funny how that happens!

So forgive a little bragging if you would. But I promise it’s all paper pieced related!

First I found that my Scattered Little Leaves table runner has been published in the current issue of Fat Quarterly (based in the UK). It’s such a fab online magazine with so many great projects in it – pop over here to check it out.

I also had a block accepted in vol 8 of Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks (based in the US). I don’t have a physical copy of the magazine yet (it’s on its way) but here’s a screenshot for the digital version! You can also pop by my post here for a chance to win a copy of the magazine – and see the pattern in different colours.

And thirdly, I received a copy of the current issue of Australian Quilter’s Companion – which has my little birdhouse wallhanging project in it! Aussies can find this in their newsagent currently (Issue 64 - thanks Leanne for letting me know it was out!).

Holy overwhelming excitement, Batman! What a massive week! I am so very thrilled to have projects included in these publications and love being able to share my paper piecing passion with others!

Published Patterns

Okay enough bragging. I must be close to using up my daily quota for exclamation marks hehe. Your turn! Share your awesome paper piecing happenings this week!
