So time to reflect back on the month that was March and what I
Ready for some mosaic magic? Yep, me too.
This time I remembered to add some links so if you're curious about a project you can pop back and see the relevant blog post :)
Top row: Diamonds in Squares pieced back, Diamonds in Squares front, XOXO quilt top
2nd row: XOXO square, Puppy dog quilt, Owl quilt top
3rd row: Bee blocks, Placemat, Toilet roll cover
Bottom row: Handprints on my Heart wall art, BoM block - spider web, BoM block - strings
I also found a fun way to use up those teeny tiny scraps of favourite fabrics that you can't bear to part with. It's okay, you can admit it, you're among friends here. There are some fabrics that even the tiniest scrap can't go in the bin, just in case you can use it! Well look! I found a way to do that!
Cute little scrappy cards! Didn't even need anything extra other than a bit of cardboard! Oh and I used a glue stick to keep the pieces in place. It made me feel very thrifty to use these up and I think these little cards make a nice touch to add with my quilty gifts. Plus, hello FMQ practice! I later went back and drew in a few finishing touches (lady bug and a butterfly if you're wondering!) but forgot to take a photo before I posted these off.
So that was my March. No wonder I'm tired. What a lot of sewing. But what a lot of fun! Now onto April's projects and there are plenty of those already lined up!
Linking up with Lily's Quilts for the Small Blog Meet :) It's Lynne's blogaversary too - why not pop over and visit - you'll be glad you did! :)
