Paper Piecing Party - Publication

I recently had a block included in Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks volume 9. It’s always so exciting to see something you’ve been working on show up in an actual magazine! So here’s how it looks!

By the way, I totally stole that picture from Erin (#missymaccreations) on IG. Was a great pic, and I’m also too lazy to take my own ;) It’s only fitting though as Erin was responsible for the inspiration for this design!

This is the second time I’ve had a block included in Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks – just as exciting as the first time! Designers also get the added bonus of being sent a mug with all the blocks on it. I actually use my vol 8 mug all the time. Now I have two to choose from! ;)

My block was also included on the Table of Contents page! I know - not nearly as exciting as the cover, but it's almost the cover so that's almost exciting! ;)

So that’s my bit of excitement in my paper piecing world! How about you share what’s going on in your paper piecing world now!

Quick refresher on what the deal is with the Paper Piecing Party (full details here):
* It’s on every weekend here at Quiet Play, starting Friday.
* Link up something you’re working on that’s foundation paper pieced
* Link a blog post or flickr photo
* Visit at least two other links and leave a comment because that’s half the fun!
