So without further ado… here are the first 6 LEGO Marvel Superhero (some by request – seriously Jane, what have you got me started on?!).
So just in case you’ve been looking for a pattern for a LEGO Spiderman, Wolverine, Hulk, Thor, Captain America or Iron Man, well… look no further. Well okay, you might need to look a little further. As in these need to be tested before they’ll be in my shop – as freebies. (Hands up if you’re keen to test!).
I’m listing these as a Work in Progress… mainly because my darling J keeps coming in and saying “What about suchandsuch character?” or correcting me on the colours in my sketches. Even as I write this blog post he’s asking “Where’s Ms Marvel?!” What would I do without him?! I’m also a little concerned it’s going to be like the LEGO Star Wars patterns… where I’m not permitted to stop until ALL THE CHARACTERS are done. Dear God. What have I started?!
Just quietly though, I think Thor is my favourite.
Because you know. He’s Thor.

A wonderful collection!
ReplyDeleteI'm up for testing these superheros!
ReplyDeleteNo, no, no, Wolverine is way more awesome!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, with that hair, and those sideburns, awesome!
Oh my - you have been BUSY!! My favourite X-Men character (love those movies!) is Wolverine. I knew a blonde headed Thor when I was a teenager. He should not have been named Thor. A name depicting skinniness would have been much more appropriate. Your Thor however, is great!
ReplyDeleteHulk is my favorite because he is is so green. You should know better than to start in with anything that concerns Lego... unless you want your shop to double in size!!
ReplyDeleteTotally agree...Thor is my fav and my husband has no problem with it :)
ReplyDeleteHaha! You really have started something now! These patterns are amazing :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so funny! (And perhaps a glutton for punishment)
ReplyDeleteYeah - you may have started something here - I can't commit to testing at the moment, but just as soon as Spiderman is available I may have to make it for my nephew!
ReplyDeleteI know a little someone who would LOVE the Spiderman!!!
ReplyDeleteMy boys are all about the superheroes lately, especially Ironman and Spiderman. I'd love to test for you.
ReplyDeleteI love these! My brother (33 years old and feels no shame) loves comics. I wanted to make a mario quilt for one brother this would be great for my other brother. Ive never paper pieced anything before so it would be a challenge but I've got to try it!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind testing this for you. My nephews love the Lego series games. They will sit and talk to you for hours explaining the characters. My 13yr old daughter also loves the Lego batman games. I don't have my own blog but if one is needed I will definitely start one. I have always wanted to be a pattern tester. My email is craftingmomma07@gmail.com.
ReplyDeleteLove them!! Will they be available for purchase??
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to be a tester! These patterns are soooo adorable...my 3 year old loves all of them!
ReplyDeleteYes, because he is Thor! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI believe lots of people will be very happy that you have drawn these up! You are way to good for us!
Esther
I would LOVE to test for you! Seriously!

It's funny how some of these things take on a life of their own. These look awesome. I'd love to be a tester for you. I could lie and say my kids love all things LEGOS and Superheros...but it's really my husband.
ReplyDeleteSuperheroes?! :D :D :D
ReplyDelete:waves hand around wildly: I can test some out for you! I've got some brothers that would love superhero bling.

ReplyDeleteI am more than happy to test drive Wolverine for you!!! So when does Mr Jackman arrive in Coffs????? What????? I can only test the paper piecing pattern and not Hugh himself! Oh bugger bum poo! I am sew very excited for you with making these. As I said - one cool amazing women!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteVery very cute! I think Hulk may be my favorite, but it's hard to choose!
ReplyDeleteYour Star Wars Lego blocks have been on my (very lengthy) to sew list for quite a while. There just aren't enough hours in the day!
Fun patterns Kristy. It'll be fun to see what else comes next :-)
ReplyDeleteThese look fun. I can't wait for The LEGO Movie to come out.
ReplyDeleteWow... Um, yeah, Thor. My kiddos are already counting down for the Lego movie...
ReplyDeleteI love your patterns! And I am afraid to show these to my son....as it might lead to another project. However, I am raising my hand if you still need testers. I am fairly new to paper piecing but I really like it!
ReplyDeleteMy boys will love these!
ReplyDeletemy two younger boys just saw these & they love them! but Hulk is definately the best super hero :)
ReplyDeleteThese are amazing! And I definitely second the request for Ms. Marvel--your little one has good taste!
ReplyDeleteThese are cute! My nephew would go banana's if I made him a Lego quilt. He is a Batman fan. I would love to try them out.
ReplyDeleteSo awesome! I have the boys and I think need to learn how to paper piece to make these and the lego clone wars quilt. My family dressed up as the avengers for halloween and my husband put our heads into an avenger movie poster for our christmas card(he's really good with photoshop). He was Thor, I was black widow, and my sons were hulk, iron man and hawk eye. Thank you for your hard work!
ReplyDeleteHi they are amazing love them, I'm new to paper piecing but loving it. I realise I'm a bit late to the party but I would love to test any patterns for you as a beginner. Right off to piece together Darth Vader just a bit to go!!
